The Peace Holidays
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and bookings. By booking with The Peace Holidays, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required payment.
- Clients must provide accurate personal and travel information.
2. Payment Policy
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be completed before travel commencement.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges depend on supplier policies:
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% cancellation charge
- 15–30 days before travel: 50% cancellation charge
- 0–15 days before travel: 100% cancellation charge
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
4. Changes & Amendments
- Date or itinerary changes are subject to availability and additional charges.
- The Peace Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
5. Travel Documents
- Clients are responsible for passports, visas, permits, and health documents.
- The Peace Holidays is not liable for denial of boarding or entry due to document issues.
6. Pricing & Inclusions
- Package prices include only what is mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any additional services will be charged separately.
- Government taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier price changes may apply.
7. Hotel & Transport
- Hotel check-in/check-out is as per hotel policy.
- Transport services are point-to-point unless mentioned otherwise.
- Vehicle usage beyond the itinerary will incur extra charges.
8. Force Majeure
The Peace Holidays is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Flight cancellations
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
No refunds will be guaranteed in such cases.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Peace Holidays acts as a service coordinator and is not responsible for the acts of third-party vendors.
- We are not liable for injury, loss, accident, or additional expenses during travel.
10. Conduct & Responsibility
- Travelers must follow local laws and guidelines.
- Any damage to hotel property or misconduct will be the traveler’s responsibility.
11. Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed under Indian Law, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
